I just received WIC and health insurance....what will happen now with welfare?

I applied for health insurance through welfare and I'm trying to get istance. (money every month). My case worker said i will have to wait until I get insurance. But before that she kept telling me she wasn't able to help me because I needed a job. I was 6 months at the time and no would hire me. Last week I just got the letter saying I'm approved for health insurance. So will my case worker be a little more helpful or will she continue to give me a run around like she has been doing?
