As someone who loves the Lord Jesus, what keeps you soft hearted and open to Him the most?

Like you I like sitting by myself in a quiet place away from loud things so I can think. I often would just talk to Him about whatever. Like problems I have or the struggles I have, etc. I guess I tell Him everything. Though I know that I can always talk to Him whenever, sometimes I just like time away from people or things that distracts me and just be by myself. Sorry if this sounds confusing. Basically I guess I'm saying that yes I like going to quiet places so I can actually think and be myself and just talk (out loud) to Him about things. Everyone needs their alone time.
