HELP!! My 12 yr old daughter is so defiant!!!?

take away all of her privilages, and make her life a living hell as long as the bad behavior continues. eventually, she'll realize that it is doing her nothing but harm. As much as she may hate laundry, it is not an adequate punishment due to the severe lack of respect.
