How do I get my spider out of me?!?! HELP!!!?

My husband and I were experimenting and thought it would be exciting to coax my pinktoe tarantula into my, well, ...and at frist everything was fine but now he's burrowed up very far inside me and I don't know how to get him out. Can anyone help me?!?! Please! This itches sooooo baaaad!!!
