Was this psycho?

my friend just told me that she did something crazy. She got pissed because her ex made an *** of her. He knew what they had between them but he would tell people that it was LESS than what it was but he knew what happened between them. So she got so pissed she drove past his house and held her horn really loud for about 20 seconds in front of his house. I tried telling her to just either write him or knock on his door even but she's angry cause he's not on his frickin hands and knees yet. How can I help her? and does this mean she's crazy?
