Where can i buy the paramore live in anaheim dvd?

i know fueled by ramen used to sell the paramore live in anaheim concert dvd (for all we know is falling) but now they only have the final riot one. i've looked around but i can't seem to find the anaheim show dvd for sale anywhere. i know there are places i can watch it online and download it but i'd like the actual disc. any help? thanks!
