Why do Spirits always contact me?

Why do all types of spirits contact me.sometimes i see them and most of the time i don't but i do in my sleep..Ever since my uncle died he came to me the night he died and the next day we found out the minute he died was the minute he visited me ever since then all kinds are trying to contact me.
