Xbox 360 can't redeem microsoft points?!?!?!?

I bought the Xbox 360 60gb Tom raider pack and got this little leaflet that said here is a code for 1200 Microsoft Points. I register and confirm my account and try to Redeem the code and i get this error " This code isn't valid. please enter a valid code" i know the code is right and i tried so many times. PLEASE HELP THE CODE IS ONLY VALID UNTIL THE 30th OF JUNE ONLY IN 2 DAYS!!!!!!
