The hilton mob justice mentality leads me to ask if the judge should order a scarlet letter be sewn upon her?

This judge has became known all over the world by his ruling and action. The California law allows good conduct time credit for any inmate. He has ordered Paris Hilton to do all 45 days in prison. Should his head be examined by a Psychologist? He appears to have some issues with the Sheriff. I believe with such a behavior, he should be kicked out of his job and forced to read law.
