CAN A PERSON REALLY REPROGRAM their subconscious?

I wonder why no one has answered yet. You sound right on the money the only thing that I would change is I would take out "whoever" and say exactly what you want maybe, I could be wrong I just thought your sentence was vague but you probably knew that. I think hypnosis works.
