What do they call a light fixture that hangs and holds multiple grow light bulbs say 4? I cannot find one?

Sounds like you have done a great job making what you need. If you want it to look nice, try replacing those light fixtures with flower pots with the screw in part inside the pot and the wiring through the drainage hole. You can attach them to a 1x4 and it could look very nice.
