Can u feel a baby in the breech position at 33 weeks?

What do you mean? Yes you can feel the baby and yes you can tell if they are nto head down. I am 32 weeks in my third pregnancy. This baby goes head down but never for more than a few hours, she always goes back to lying sideways.
