Do I Have a Broken Pinkie?

I tripped and fell 2 days ago and a layer or two skin came off on the front of my pinkie just above the knuckle. My pinkie is twice its size and it hurts at the joints with shooting pains up my arm. There's no discoloration yet. I taped my ring finger and my pinkie finger together and that seemed to help a bit.
