God can and does miraculous thing in the lives of people. Why should this Not be any different than what happened to Saul of Tarsus? I personally, I believe that Christ died for all (without exception).Weather people accept it or not is their choice.Human guilt is a very strong motivator . When someone has done something they instinctively know is wrong.they have to try to find some sort of justification,or continue living in guilt. Not wanting to live with the guilt, most people would try to seek some form of redemption. When people hear the Gospel (good news) of Christ, and his redemptive work and forgiveness, They truly are transformed and now have something and someone else to live for.
