I may be in love with my Librarian.?

I may be in love with my high school librarian. I am 17 years old and she is around her late 50s. She is absolutely amazing and has every quality I look for in a female, life long companion. I don't know if this is morally correct or not. What do you think I should do? Tell her how I feel, or simply admire from afar.
