I am trying to evict my tenants. i have a month to month for 6 months. they have broken the agreement .?

1. more occupants then implied .2 children became 8. i agreed to let them paint,and make minor alterations. they are to maintain& clean yard, pool,jacuzzi. utilities are in my name and they are only paying what they think they owe. i want to shut off utilities? they deducted paint and other things for the first months rent, they gave me a check for 1700.00 and i ended up with 500.00 cash the check was nsf and gave it back to them, also they gave me a 500.00 holding fee prior to signing the agreement so i ended up with a 1000.00.now they paid sept 1700.00 cashiers check but no other monies. the home is up for sale and have given realtors a hard time with scheduling times even after a 24 hr notice been given to them. thay changed the locks and i have no key to my own home. They have more cars and 2 boats in the yard. i was given the wrong information from clerk of the court. my agreement says a 30 day notice to vacate must be given.the clerk said file a 3 day, idid. then a 15 day idid.then complaint summons for other then non payment of rent idid. thay had 5 days to comply to the court in writing. they did. the judge dismissed it due to the 30 day notice was never given first. NOW WHAT?? THEY ARE LIARS, SCAMMERS THIS IS THERE 3RD HOUSE EVICTION. I need them out. Ithere are more reasons to evict too many too list. they have broken the agreement in many ways. please advise what to do thank you dona beckmann
