When will the cramping and nausea feeling stop?

i just found out i was pregnant im only 17 and i dont know how to tell my parents..but i want to go to the doctor..i dnt know where to go sumwhere in arlington..but i was wondering when the cramping and nausea feeling is going to stop its driving me insane..
