Stalked by a police officer?

i had this cop pull me over. (i get pulled over all. lll the time idk y. im a 18 yr old female and im only 118lbs and cute as can be but ive been drivin 3yrs and have been pulled over like 16 times. no joke.) he gave me a speeding ticket. i payed it. a few weeks later he pulled me over again in the same spot and at the exact time as before. he said hi im officer (name) and acted as if he didnt know me and said "hi im officer (name im with the (name of police dpt) and i pulled you over becausw u were swervin" . then, he let me go --apparently i was swerving. then a week later he pulled me over again, this time i was psyched bc he changedd his direction when he saw my car he sped up behind me and i lost him well he turned around and pulled me over this time he didnt ask for my license and didnt run my tags he just said i looked suspicious then he said "havent i pulled u over before? i said yes then i ask his name he said "officer ****...WHY!?" i said just wondering. then he again, let me go.. THE VERY, NEXT NIGHT he got behind me out of nowhere and followed me down multiple back streets, i was on a one lane street and he flashed his headlights at me so i figured i didnt have mine on, well i did. and everything on my car works. i was doing nothing wrong. he followed me back onto the main road and went to p me, he went bside me for 5mins then roared his engine up and took off rele fast it looked like he was mad. idk why he done it but im really curious...do i have a police officer stalking me?
